Project Description:

Casa Dona Paula is a boutique residential development in Dona Paula. It consists of 9 residential, each facing a different ocean or landscape view to maximise the site context. Open courtyards adorn each lobby area so there ample light and ventilation that is present for each home. We used a traditional goan stone for the face and decks that break the vertical face but given open space and character to the physical form.
