Dr. Reanne Carvalho
Soft tissue surgery, Dentistry, Critical Care
Dr Reanne holds a BVSc from RIVER, Pondicherry, and an MVSc in Veterinary Surgery and Radiology from the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), where she received advanced training in small-animal surgery and diagnostic imaging. Before joining SAHM, she gained clinical experience across both animal welfare and private practice in Goa, building exposure to a broad range of medical and surgical cases. She joined SAHM in 2024 as a Veterinary Surgeon. Her clinical focus includes soft tissue surgery, spanning emergency and routine abdominal procedures through to complex cases, as well as veterinary dentistry, with particular emphasis on dental prophylaxis, oral surgery, and tooth extractions. She is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while continuing to expand her expertise through ongoing professional development.
Dr. Mukesh Kini
Soft tissue surgery, Emergency & Critical Care
Dr. Mukesh holds an MVSc in Veterinary Preventive Medicine and Epidemiology, along with postgraduate diplomas in One Health and the Therapeutic Management of Infectious Diseases in Pet Animals and Pet Birds. He spent four years as a Surgical Trainer with Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS), developing and teaching advanced protocols in high-volume Animal Birth Control, anaesthesia management, and soft tissue surgery, personally performing over 4,000 successful surgeries. He subsequently served as Manager of Veterinary Services for both PETA India and Humane Society International (HSI), directing clinical strategies at a national level. Since joining SAHM in December 2024, his work has centred on complex soft tissue surgeries, advanced anaesthesia protocols, and emergency and critical care.
