HR Analytics & Strategy

Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai

Experience Required : 2-5 years

Working Days : 6 Days a Week

Job Type : Full-Time

Reporting to : Director

About the Role

The HR Analytics role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting employee and organizational data to help management make data-driven human resource decisions. Professionals in this role play a critical part in connecting HR operations with business outcomes by using analytics to measure performance, productivity, engagement, and workforce trends.

Key Responsibilities

    Manpower Planning

    • Understand hiring requirements from department heads or management.
    • Create job descriptions and recruitment plans based on organizational goals.

    Sourcing & Screening

    • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social media.
    • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
    • Conduct telephonic or virtual pre-interviews.

    Interview Coordination

    • Schedule interviews with candidates and panels.
    • Prepare interview feedback forms and follow up with hiring managers.

    Selection & Offer Management

    • Manage candidate evaluations and final selection.
    • Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries, and handle documentation.

    Onboarding Support

    • Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs.
    • Ensure smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

    Employer Branding

    • Represent the company on social media and job fairs.
    • Enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.

    Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

    • Maintain hiring reports (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source efficiency).
    • Use data to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) is an added advantage.
