Thank you for shopping with Signage Wellness (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
We value your trust and take utmost care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of perfumes and wellness products, returns are not accepted once the product is opened or used.
However, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of product delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@signagewellness.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • Unboxing video (if available, helps with faster resolution)

     

2. Conditions for Return Approval

 

A return will be approved only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is returned with all original tags, invoices, and accessories.
  • The request meets our return eligibility criteria.

Products returned without authorization or outside the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used perfumes
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events
  • Gift cards or free samples

     

4. Replacement Policy

 

If your return is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a credit note or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

     

5. Refund Process

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 working days to your original mode of payment.

Please note:

  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary, and it can take additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

     

6. Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@signagewellness.com.

Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

 

7. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

 

If your package appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it.
Immediately notify us via email within 24 hours, so we can coordinate with the courier partner for investigation and reshipment.
