All products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from our own manufacturing line or authorized distributors.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within standard dispatch timelines mentioned at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances.
Signage Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of perfumes, opened or used products cannot be returned.
However, returns or replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@signagewellness.com with photos and order details.

Once verified: A replacement will be arranged where applicable.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.

6. Allergies & Usage Disclaimer

All our products are dermatologically safe; however, individual allergies or sensitivities may vary.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application. Signage Wellness shall not be held responsible for any skin reactions, sensitivities, or allergies arising from product usage.
